Replacing the old Sand Mullor and Bucket Elevator system
Out with the old... (Nov 25, 2008).
In with the new... (Dec 5, 2008).
Replacing the old Shakeout Drum
New Drum Arrives on Sept 23, 2008 and is stored inside new addition.
Old Shakeout Drum removed during Shutdown period (Nov 22, 2008).
New Drum moved from storage into new location - in place of old unit.
New Drum fully installed (Dec 5, 2008).
Sorting Conveyor Work Center Improved
The Sorting Conveyor area needed to be moved and re-configured to allow room
for the new, larger Shakeout drum.
The North wall of our scrap iron pit was rebuilt and raised during the
shutdown period in late November, 2008.
Now the employee has easier access to the scrap iron pits, better lighting,
and more room to sort the castings.
