Advanced Engineering & Quality Control Technology

Our iron foundry combines cutting-edge software and inspection systems to ensure every casting meets precise dimensional, metallurgical, and performance requirements.

Engineering & Simulation

  • 3D CAD & CAM

    • SolidWorks: Creates detailed digital models for optimized part and mold design.

    • Mastercam: Generates accurate CNC toolpaths for pattern making and mold machining, ensuring faithful reproduction of CAD geometry.

  • Casting Simulation

    • NovaFlow & Solid: Virtually simulates mold filling and solidification to optimize gating, risers, and pouring parameters—preventing defects before the first pour.

Quality Control & Analysis

  • Melt Monitoring

    • NovaCast ATAS: Provides real-time thermal analysis of cooling curves to predict and prevent porosity, grain issues, or chill formation by adjusting inoculants and process parameters on the fly.

  • Chemical Verification

    • Spectrometer: Performs rapid, in-house alloy composition checks (C, Si, Mn, etc.) for each heat, ensuring consistency in hardness, strength, and ductility.

  • Dimensional Inspection

    • Faro Arm (Portable CMM): Measures critical dimensions and GD&T features directly on large or complex castings with high accuracy.

    • PolyWorks: Aligns measured data to CAD models, generates deviation color maps, and produces detailed inspection reports to verify conformity and highlight discrepancies.

Our Commitment

By integrating these advanced tools—from initial design and virtual trials to metallurgical control and 3D inspection—we deliver iron castings that consistently meet specifications, improve yield, and build confidence through transparent, data-driven quality assurance.
